Create a flexible, non-branded digital experience template within IHG’s global portfolio for independent hotels to benefit from the company's scale and reach, while still remaining brand independent

Use one-off properties to leverage IHG systems (global reservations, digital platforms, and voice capabilities) while retaining independent brand identity

Kudos

Simply put, working with Emily was a joy! We were pulled into a incredibly quick-turn project that absolutely had to be live on the IHG production site by 15-Dec (2017 EOY code freeze). Without this special template, IHG would have fallen short of achieving 2016 room count goals and revenue maximization. Emily helped guide the creation of this online framework by producing  a  comprehensive content inventory structure through which our partners could assess and fill content gaps.

In addition to working at a 'breakneck' pace, Emily and I teamed to ensure all stakeholder requirements were fulfilled well ahead of IHG-imposed deadlines.   Ultimately, Emily's professionalism, meticulous attention to detail and speed, allowed our partners to seamlessly populate an entire Hotel Detail micro-site in record time!
